Nepali Innovation Equity Fund (the “Fund”) is an open-ended management company (mutual fund) located in Queens, New York, USA. It is the first mutual fund wholly owned and operated by Nepali community people in the USA. The Fund is operating as a Series of “Titanhub Investment Trust,” a Delaware statutory trust. The Fund is registered as an open-end investment management company (mutual fund) with the United States Security and Exchange Commission (SEC). The Fund invest in micro- to mega-cap public companies that are growth potential and income generating. The Fund issues unlimited number of Class A Shares, and the capital is then invested in the US based public company equities, such as stocks, stock-based mutual funds, index funds, and ETF. The Fund’s investors are primarily the Nepali community people living in the United States and other countries. The Fund is operated by the portfolio managers and investment advisors who originates from Nepal and living in the USA.
The Fund distributes dividends each quarter on January, April, July, and October. The Fund distributes capital gains once in December. Interested people can purchase the Fund by directly contacting the Fund’s office, or through their stock brokerage account wherever applicable.
